Chef Thushara' Mihidukulasuriya's international career experience of over 25 years has spanned from Indian to Atlantic ocean and stretches in between. In 2002, he worked as the Master Artist at Burj Al Arab, the world's most luxurious hotel.

Today a resident in Maple, Chef Thushara is working at the Hilton Garden Inn, is the founder of Creative Food Art specializing all kinds of Ice sculptures, Chocolate carvings, Fountains and edible carving made with fruits and vegetables.
With his extensive knowledge on this culinary art, and has received numerous international culinary awards including Toronto culinary saloon as the best culinary artist for three times in a row. Chef Thushara is a gift for the entire culinary trade.
